For the sake of brevity, ~:e
have decided to call the area an_Exhibit 1 the "Pit 3 Seeding"
and the area on Exhibit 2 the "Fish Creek Seeding". The
area of the Fish Creek Seeding is 3.7 acres and the area of
the Fit 3 Seeding is 24.87 acres.
In our evaluation of these stands to determine their
successfulness, we invited the Routt County Soil Conservation
District, the Colorado State University Cooperative Exte^sion
Service, and the Range Scientist of the USDA, Agricultural
Research Service, Forage and Range Management Research, to
inspect these areas and comment on them. Their comments are
enclosed. As you will observe, these experts all agree that
reclamation has been completed to a point that the final
bond should be released and these areas again be subjected
to livestock grazing.

- .. -. -__.__-_ ..~..._ r
