In 1992, your facility applied for a stormwater discharge permit under the group application process.
Since that time, group applicants have been waiting for EPA's multi-sector permit to be issued.
However, in Colorado, the Water Quality Control Division is the agency that must ultimately issue your

We now plan to cover group applicants under one of our existing general permits. This approach means
that we won't be using EPA's multi-sector permit for now. However, when the Division's general

more industry-specific permits during the renewal process, depending on the need.
