GOA~pGnt„ <br />I have reviewed the portions of the permit application package <br />that you provided for the Hayden Gulch coal loadout facility. I <br />have no problems with your request .to waive the shrub density <br />standard for the narrow corridor that you plan to seed as <br />rangeland. I agree that the reinvasion of native shrubs will <br />occur in a very short period of time due to the narrow width of <br />the disturbance.
