Mr. Addington has extensive experience with development of mines and
the coal industry and would developtheLorencito Project in the spring of2U01 ifmarket conditions
change as currently anticipated. 'l his change of ownership will provide Mr. Addington with
additional Ilcxibility and potential Lo carry the Prvjcct forward. The new ownership information
will be submitted as soon as possible m response to the request from the mid-term review.
Environmental Consulranls, Inc.
r24ve5 {'
•
Concerning the Frontier Bonds for I,orencito and Yicketwire, a Frontier Insurance Company
representative, Mr. David Benett, will be calling and submitting information pertaining to the bond
rating of thece.sureties. -Iheseinclude:
A.P.
