The 60 day adequacy review will address <br />the issue of the overburden dump in essentially the same manner. Hope- <br />fully this memo will give you some extra leadtime for satisfying <br />Cf4LR rules and regulations. <br />In order to avoid piecemeal review and responses, I would like to request <br />that you refrain from responding to the issue till after you receive the <br />preliminary adequacy document. Responses and/or proposals addressing the <br />issue can be included with those for the other issues.
