iii iiiiiiiiniiiiii
999
•
2.05.4 Reclamation Plan
5. As stated in the overburden analysis there is no toxic
overburden above the Delagua Seam. There is however, a three (3)
foot seam of toxic overburden above the Cass Seam. This material
occurs at elevation 6750 which is approximately 70 feet above
the Cass Seam. This 3' seam appear as sample number 10.
This material will be neutralized however by placing it deep
C~
1
within the fill. The type of mining method practiced dictates
that the highest overburden is placed at bottom of the pit. Since
the toxic material is approximately 70 feet above the Cass seam
that the toxic material will be buried beneath at least four (4)
feet of non toxic overburden.
144
