This information is to supplement the information Bear Coal <br />Company submitted to you on February 18, 1982. As you will note, the <br />reclamation bonds for Mines 1, 2, and 3 have been redone and are <br />attached herein. <br />Also attached are: <br />o Subsidence monitoring survey information conducted by Ute <br />Engineering <br />o Water analysis from the three wells sampled on 2/13/82 <br />o Reclamation Plan Map (Map 1) <br />o Post-Mining Topography Map (Map 2) <br />o Mine No. 3 Hydrology Map <br />Hopefully you have received the approval letter from the Gunnison <br />County Commission already.
