C-82-057 <br />ADEQUACY REVIEW RESPONSES <br />..; <br />'f ...~~.,AI ~" <br />• 1 {!~( <br />1l1 1't ''! ~ --a <br />The attached responses are a result of your questions and comments re- <br />garding our Seneca II-W Permit Application as stated in your Preliminary <br />Adequacy Review letter of March 5, 1985. <br />We hope that you'll find all questions have been adequately addressed. <br />For ease of review, all questions, including OSM's, have been repeated <br />with the response below each question. Some of the responses are in <br />the form of revised pages or maps. All revised material has been date <br />stamped "Revised April 15, 1985". <br />On April 29, 1985, I received a copy of a memorandum from the BLM District <br />Manager (Craig) to Richard Holbrook of OSM. At this point, I'm assuming <br />that some type of request for a formal response to these questions will <br />be forthcoming from CMLR by way of OSM. Due to the time period involved, <br />I can only assure you these questions will be responded to as soon as <br />possible and are not addressed in this submittal. It is also our under- <br />standing that questions from the United States Fish and Wildlife Service <br />are still to come. <br />Due to concerns raised by Mr. Craig Weaver regarding Matthew Spring <br />and those concerns of the Routt County Board of County Commissioners <br />regarding the future expansion of the Yampa Valley Airport; Peabody <br />Coal Company is in the process of realigning the tie-across haul road. <br />The new alignment will not interfere with Matthew Spring or the associated <br />drainage area. In addition, no longer interferes with the future "clear <br />
