Since the entire operation will be repermitted <br />to comply with the new state program the bond will have to be recalculated. <br />In that light, we would he satisfied if the Division would simply issue a <br />finding stating that the reclamation of the areas requested for final bond <br />release was in compliance with prior regulatory requirements and that <br />Energy Fuels would he released from further liability for the areas in <br />question. <br />It is our opinion that this approach would satisfy the interests of <br />both the Division and Energy Fuels at the present time and would simplify <br />the amount of paper work required of both parties.
