<br />NOTICE <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has issued a proposed <br />decision approving a technical revision under the provisions of the <br />Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The technical <br />revision was submitted by Western Associated Coal Corp., Suite 2300, <br />410 - 17th Street, Denver, Colorado 80202, for their Blue Ribbon mine <br />located in Delta County approximately nine (9) miles northeast of <br />Paonia, Colorado. The following is a legal description of the Blue <br />Ribbon mine permit area: <br />NWL NW-'d, NE~~dNWs, SE'~NW'r, Section 2, T13S, R91W, 6th P.M. <br />Lots 16,17,20,21, and E'~S Lot 19, Section 35, T125, R91W,6th P.M. <br />The revision involves providing the Blue Ribbon mine with an additional <br />six (6) month supply of coal which should be sufficient to a11or/ <br />operations to continue until the permanent program review of the appli- <br />cation has been completed. ' <br />Copies of the revision can be obtained from the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division, 4L3 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. Any person who has an interest <br />which is or may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing on <br />the decision by the Division. These requests must be made within ten <br />(IO) days of this publication, shall be in writing, and state with reason- <br />able specificity the reasons for the request and objections to the pro- <br />posed decision. <br />
