In addition
to replacement of the fence along this boundary, what effort will be taken
to limit animal access to the area along the northern and southern borders of
this BLM land within the lease area?
4.14.1(4)
The applicant needs to describe the methods and timetables to use to monitor
the success of revegetation.
4.15.2 Use of Introduced Species
The applicant needs to justify the use of Pubescent wheatgrass (Agropyion
trichophyrum), an introduced perennial grass, within the revegetation seedmix.
4.15.5 Grazing
The applicant has not addressed this subject. A discussion of pre- and post-
mining grazing use and management must be included in the permit application.
4.15.6 Field Trials
Termination of annual soil fertilization testing is not automatic after three
years, as the applicant has indicated in the permit application; Wyoming Fuels
must request permission from regulatory authorities to terminate testing after
three years.
