Apparently Northern Coal Company is taking <br />over this application or permit from Colowyo. <br />Ile asked me whether there would be a problem at <br />the hearing if transfer of the mining lease had not <br />then been documented formally oI1 the public lands <br />records or otherwise. <br />I told him that insofar as "legal right to enter" <br />is concerned, a letter from him givinl; assurance on <br />this point would be satisfactory.
