A general water balance consisting of emperial <br />calculations, derivations, etc., to constitute total <br />rainfall occurance over the permitted area, subsequent <br />runoff and infiltration as well as storage in sediment <br />structures with evapotranspiration consideration given. <br />2. We as the engineer for Trinidad Basin Mining will <br />review and discuss the summary of sediment ponds greater <br />than 10' in height requiring SEO approval. We agree that <br />this definition should help and will possibly eliminate <br />SEO's required approval by reducing the height to less <br />than 10'. <br />3. No comment necessary. <br />4. See attached comment concerning seepage collars and <br />cutoff trenches. <br />5.
