We still require dewaterinq devises (see l;ection 1315.46 d of ' <br />Federal Regulations) as noted 1n item 3. I <br />4. An explanation of the use of straw mulch and straw bales during J <br />the reclamation period in the eastern most portion of permit <br />arr_a should still be submitted. <br />5. Submit calculations that dempnstrate the Eerms can handle <br />peak flot•rs. <br />6. Describe how conveyor spill will be alleviated. <br />7. Recompute peak flows for spillways and diversions. ~ " ~ i <br />8.
