Pursuant to our telephone con.uersation of February 7.0, ]980 with Todd

132: Delete Items 1 R 2: Since we located your revised
calculations (July 16, 197q) the first tt+o items are i
no longer relevant.
3. We still require dewaterinq devises (see l;ection 1315.46 d of '
Federal Regulations) as noted 1n item 3. I
4. An explanation of the use of straw mulch and straw bales during J
the reclamation period in the eastern most portion of permit
arr_a should still be submitted.
5. Submit calculations that dempnstrate the Eerms can handle
peak flot•rs.
6. Describe how conveyor spill will be alleviated.
7. Recompute peak flows for spillways and diversions. ~ " ~ i
8. As an addition to the February Sth letter, we need a corrected
version of the July 16, 1979 sediment control calculations.
