The application is in compliance with Rule 4.06. <br />Rule 4.08 Use of Explosives <br />Under this section, all responses were found adequate except as listed below. <br />178. The applicant's response needs some additional wording. The application has been <br />revised (page 2.05-37) to include a commitment to provide oral notices to all persons <br />within one-half mile of the blasting pile when blasting occurs at unscheduled times. This <br />section of the permit should also include a commitment to comply with the requirements <br />of Section 4.08.4(1)(b)(iii) regazding any potentially necessary night blasting reports. <br />Rule 4.09 Disaosal of Excess Spoil <br />183. Resolution of this issues will likely come through satisfying a stipulation to the permit <br />
