In response to your request addressed in Part II, 2,14 of your inspection
report dated May 26, 1982, a brief description of the planned order of
reclamation at aline No. 3 is herein submitted.
The general sequence of reclama[Ion activities is:
1) Southern portion of the pit and spoil area;
2) Access road to the permanent overburden stockpile;
3) Permanent overburden stockpile;
4) Detention basin;
5) Northern portion of the spoil area;

Rougfi grading and final grading are planned to be completed by the end of
September on all of the above areas.
Topsoil reapplication is also expected to be completed by the end of
September, weather permitting. If topsoiling operations are not completed this
fall, they will be completed as soon as possible in early 1983
Revegetation (seeding) operations will take place on all areas which have
had topsoil replaced by the end of September.
Any topsoil reapplication and revegetation operations which are unable to
be conducted prior to winter 1982, will he intiated as soon as weather permits
in spring 1983.
