Many of our concerns about the
Caldirola Mine well water right were resolved after the submittal of
additional infornation by Twin Pines Coal Company, Inc. This information
indicated that there are two reservoirs of water within the abandoned
Caldirola No. 2 14ine. The coal company has predicted that there will be
no effect to the source of water in the upper reservoir, which is the
water supply for the Caldirola Mine well water right.
Thank you again for your assistance.
/th
Doc.
