All <br />slopes less than 3 to 1 will be done by drill seeding. The areas to be <br />seeded will have the seed bed prepared by addition of top soil from the <br />temporary stockpiles. Where the slopes are greater than 3 to 1, the <br />hydroseeding will be done in two steps.
