Th. <br />acceptance of those ,wastes vrould be a significant change in operation, any one <br />Department mill require an amendment to the North Fork certificate of <br />designation. <br />The ~,rrendment request should consist of a letter to you from Coloraa~ <br />~„estmorzland, including the follorriny information: <br />1. The types of •araste materials proposed for acceptance; hour thay ~:.i 11 <br />be handled. <br />2. The location of the area whera the wastes :will be disposed. <br />3. The ai:ounts of e~astes to be accepted; estimated final contours after <br />•.vaste disposal is complete. <br />4. Estimated life of this particular disposal operation. <br />5.
