Any person with an interest which is or may be adversely affected may <br />ie4uest a hearing on the reasons for the final decision within 30 days from <br />the date that notice is published. <br />The permit has been provided in duplicate, so you can retain one copy with <br />original signatures and return one copy with original signatures to us as an <br />expressed acknowledgement that you have read and understood it. <br />The Assistant Secretary for Energy and Minerals approved the mining and <br />reclamation plan on May 31, 1983. The enclosed permit has been determined to <br />be consistent with this plan. <br />
