Mr. William T. Davis - 5 - June 7, 1989
Rule 2.05.6(3)
As indicated in the adequacy letter dated April 25, 1989, a more complete
discussion of the probable hydrologic impacts of the mining should be provided
based on changes in the mine plan and other concerns recognized since the
completion of the SOAP Study. The absence of an AOC map and reclamation plan
during the period of the SOAP Study precluded a complete evaluation of mine
related impacts on surface water quantity and quality. Now that an AOC map
and reclamation plan are available, the discussion should include probable
hydrologic impacts on surface water quantity and quality.
Sincerely,
~~~rn~c>-~ ~ S~~t-~~t~:~
James C. Stevens
Senior Reclamation Specialist
JCS/eke
6924F
.Y
