Permit Application Volume III.
Dear Ms. Emrich:
This office has reviewed the archaeological report, Exhibit 12,
enclosed in the above volume. The information contained in the
report is correct. There are no known resources within the
impact area as defined in the report.
However, since little of the area has been surveyed, the possibility
exists for unknown resources to be present. If there is federal
involvement or state land involved, in the project, we request that
the areas to be impacted be surveyed to identify if there are eligible
cultural resources.
If this office can be of further assistance, please contact Jim Green
at 866-3392 or 866-3395.
Sin e~
Barbara Sudler
State Historic Preservation Officer
BS/WJG:ss
