We are in the process of submitting a Mined Land Reclmnation <br />Permit Application for continued coal development at that site. <br />As you are aware, BLUE FLAME COAL MINE and its affected areas located in Sec- <br />tions 30, 31 and 32, Township 35 North, Rari'ge 11 West, N.M.P. M., has been in exis- <br />tence in this area previous to your purchase of land in the area. For your inform- <br />ation the remaining lifetime of the mine is expected to be ten (10) to eleven (11) <br />years.
