I would like to point out, however, that there is a <br />potential problem with the newspaper advertisement. <br />Please be sure when the advertisement is published that the date given <br />for the termination of the public comments, objections and requests is <br />correct. The date given should be thirty days after the final (fourth) <br />week of publication of the notice. The date given in your proposed notice <br />may not be correct.
