We are aware that you maintain surface rights <br />within the area and we are requesting a letter from you regarding your in- <br />tended use of the surface rights after Blue Flame Coal Mine reclaims the land, <br />i.e., will the land be used for grazing or wildlife habitat, etc.? <br />Thank you in advance for consideration of this matter. <br />Sincezely, <br />Timothy D.
