On the other hand, monitoring of surface water above and below <br />the loadout suggests that the surface water of Dry Creek is <br />marginal to unsuitable for irrigation. It is assumed, and <br />there is some circumstantial evidence to suggest, that <br />alluvial water and/or groundwater in the area of the loadout <br />is unsuitable for irrigation. <br />The Division is willing to meet with Peabody to readdress this <br />question for both the Seneca II-W and HG Loadout permits. <br />
