Attached please find correction and replacement pages
for our permit application (File No. C-011-81) generated as
a result of your 2nd technical review dated 04/15/82.
Our response on an item by item basis follows:
Footnote Tables - I've always suspected dogmas which
do not tolerate humor. Apropos, I suspect, like beauty,
lies in the eyes of the beholder. Those who find pages 0.4
through 0.6 objectionable are free to remove them from
their copy of the application.
2,03 Legal & Financial Compliance - The trailer within
300' of the surface facilities is owned by Sunland Mining
Corporation. I am both the occupant and an officer of SMC.
I hereby authorize the trailews location with respect to
the mining operation.
