-%- _. <br /> <br /> <br />2.10 MAPS AND PLANS <br />2.10.1(3) A1.1 maps submitted with the application must show <br />the permit area boundaries'or relevant portions of the permit <br />area boundaries. The permit area for the Blue Ribbon Mine <br />must include the area overlying the extent of existing and <br />proposed underground workings which will be mined during the <br />5-year permit term. <br />2.10.2 A map needs to be submitted which clearly shows <br />distinctions among those portions of the permit area in <br />which mining operations occurred: prior to August 3, 1977; <br />after August 3, 1977 and prior to 14ay 3, 197,8; after May 3, <br />1978 and prior to August 30, 1980, and after the estimated <br />date of issuance of a permit by the Division. <br />2.10.3 If the response to section 2.03.4(5) of this adequacy <br />review indicates that there are additional owners of record <br />of any surface or subsurface areas within or contiguous to <br />any part of the proposed permit area, the boundaries of those <br />lands must be shown on an appropriate map. <br />The boundaries and all areas proposed to be affected over the <br />estimated total life of the proposed underground mining <br />activities must be clearly shown on an appropriate map. <br />The location and extent of known workings of active, inactive, <br />or abandoned underground mines including mine openings to the <br />surface within the proposed permit area must be shown on a map. <br />If you have any questions concerning these items, please <br />feel free to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />i ~ ~ <br />~c2nl. .ECG ' <br />Tom Gillis <br />Reclamation Specialist <br />TG:ep <br />cc: Floyd Johnson, OSPS <br />
