Thee
ground water quality analyses submitted in the application do notlinclude
the field parameters (i.e., water levels, pX, electro-conducti vite~, and
temperature). The surface water quality analyses should also include the
following field measurements taken at the time of sampling, stream f1ow,~pH,
electro-conductivity and temperature. If the above field measurements heave
been collected, they should be included in the water quality appendix. ~
Collection of quarterly water quality analyses and monthly field measurements
should continue until the years baseline requirement has been completed.
After completing the year's baseline, Wyoming Fuels may petition the Division
fora reduction in the number of parameters analyzed, the number of sampling
sites and the frequency of sampling.
If representatives of Wyoming Fuels or you have any further
please feel free to contact me.
I
ons,
/mt
