In addition, in those instances <br />where portions of the Permit Application have required <br />revision consistent with our response, the revised pages, <br />exhibits, tables or maps have been identified immediately <br />following our response to the specific concern identified by <br />MLRD. In many cases, the specific concern identified was <br />responded to by Kerr Coal previously as part of the Decem- <br />ber 4, 1980 response of Kerr Coal to the November 6, 1980 <br />letter from MLRD. In those instances, Kerr Coal has indicated <br />the revised pages, exhibits, tables or maps previously for- <br />warded to you which address the concern identified. In those <br />cases where additional pages, exhibits, tables or maps have <br />been revised in response to the December 5, 1980 letter, we <br />have included four (4) copies of the revised pages, exhibits, <br />tables or maps. We request that the four (4) copies of the <br />attached materials be included and incorporated into our <br />Permit Application. Simultaneously with the transmittal of <br />this letter to MLRD, we have forwarded to the Office of Sur- <br />face Mining Reclamation and Enforcement ("OSM") seven (7) <br />copies of this letter, together with seven (7) copies of all <br />newly revised materials. <br />
