Because they are permanent no bonding coats were figured. The <br />Division ie not recommending approval for the permanent impoundments and, <br />therefore, the ponds must be included in the reclamation coat estimates. I <br />have calculated the coats ae follows. <br />Energy No. 3 Detention Basin - approximately 30,000 yd3 needed for fill, <br />about 2 acres disturbance. <br />Middle Creek Detention Basin - approximately 8,000 yd3 needed for fill, <br />about 1 acre disturbance. <br />Backfilling - 1 dozer - Cat D9L <br />38,000 yd3 = 440 yd3/hr = 86 hours <br />86 x $45.00/hr operating cost = $3,870.00 operating cost <br />86 x .75 efficiency = 115 hours <br />$5,690.00/wk x 1.05 (location adjustment) x 3 wks = $17,924.00 <br />Grading - 1 16G grader, assume 1 acre/hr <br />3 acres x 1 hr/acre 3 hours <br />3 hre x $28.80 operating coat $86.00 <br />3 hrs _ .75 efficiency 4 hre <br />4 hrs x $177.50/hr x 1.05 = $745.00 <br />Topeoiling - 1 scraper Terex TS-24B 270yd3/hr.
