Pursuant tc 36 CFR 800.4, <br />OSM, in consultation with the State Historic Preservation Officer evaluated <br />the sites within the mine plan area against the criteria for evaluation 36 CFR <br />60.60. It was determined that two sites (SRT32 and the Foidel Canyon School - <br />SRT192) were eligible for nomination [o the National Register of Historic <br />Places. It was agreed [hat nomination forms will be submitted to the 1:eeper <br />of the National Register as soon as possible after approval of the mine plan. <br />770.12(c) and 786.19(e) <br />C. Evaluation of Compliance <br />The following deficiencies are noted: <br />(a) A 1007, cultural resources inventory of the mine plan area has not <br />been conducted. Reports of several cultural resource inventories are <br />included in the mine plan, but these do not cover the entire mine plan <br />area.
