We will be reviewing these responses within the next
two to three weeks and will notify you of any remaining concerns by May 28, 1997.
Due to the complexity of the mine plan, the combination of surface and underground mining, and
the remaining field work to be conducted by the applicant, the Division formally extends the
decision due date to July 2, 1997. Of course, should all remaining issues be resolved prior to that
time, a decision could be rendered prior to that date.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
~~ ~~
Kent A.
