I notified Brian that there was a cessation order for Peabody in
Kentucky that was undergoing a hearing and that we would have to
stipulate the permit to resolve this if it was not resolved before
the was findings complete. Brian will look into this.
List of Water Rights
I had asked Brian to update the list of water rights owners as the
current list in the application is 1) illegible and 2) out of date.
Brian agreed to do this and has found that a good number of water
rights have been abandoned and indeed Peabody has elected to
purchase some for back taxes.
This information is now on computer and Peabody will deliver this
to us with the other information requested.
Chances to Exhibit 4-1
Peabody is updating Exhibit 4-1 to show the location of diversions,
etc.
Final Bond Liability
Erica Crosby agrees with Peabody's final submittal. The liability
is set at $ 696,724.00.
