This report is filed in accordance with Rule 2.U2.(i(3)(a) of the Regulations
of the Colorado Mined Lana Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, adopted in
accordance with the Colorado Surface Coal Mining kct, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seg.
Tne purpose of tnis report is to update the Division on exploration ana
reclamation activities that nave occurred in the past 1dU gays of active
prospecting. The report also inaicates any cnanges in operations from wnat
was stated in the original Notice of Intent sent to the Division. Tne

reseeding activities. (Attach additional payes, if needed.)
All proposed monitor wells have been installed and will be required for future
monitoring operations, therefore, no hole plugging procedures have been initiated.
Disturbed areas at each well site not required for mon'itorina activities, have
been oraded, topsoil replaced and reseeded with the Seneca II permanent Seed
Mix No. 3. Approximately .9 miles of lioht-use roads wer. constructed in
accordance with Regulations 4.03.2 and/or 4.03.3 and will be retained for future
