They are planning to <br />meet the designated timeframes. <br />No contact or problems are anticipated within the next two weeks. <br />SOAP will be complete as of the end of July. Ginger Evans will be submitting <br />the final report to you on either July 28 .or August 2. <br />Newlin Creek <br />Additional information on the Rex Carbon portal will be submitted on July 22. <br />The operator is aware that I will be in the field and on vacation until August <br />8. Therefore, the recently submitted information will not be reviewed until <br />that time. Assistance will be needed regarding vegetation, soils and sediment <br />control the second week of August, if available. <br />Newlin Creek has not yet.requested an assessment conference for the topsoil <br />N.O.V. The response is due about July 29. <br />No. problems or contact is anticipated. <br />Dorchester No. 1 <br />The draft findings document will be ready for your review before July 22. I <br />would expect that Dean Massey will call regarding the agreement with G.E.C. for <br />filling the west and east side pits with coal processing waste. A revision is <br />anticipated on August 8 regarding the waste disposal.
