The application was submitted on March 26, 1985 to Mr. Hal <br />Simpson and also contained information substantiating our opinion that the <br />Trout Creek Sandstone Member of the Iles Formation is anon-tributary <br />aquifer. <br />Please find attached the following additional information as described <br />below: <br />I. One original Landownership Affidavit from Peabody Coal Company <br />for property consisting of 370 acres; <br />2. Two original Consent Landownership Affidavits from Frankie T. <br />Hudson and Daisy I .Epps for property consisting of 640 acres; <br />3. One copy each of the geophysical and lithologic logs for the Seneca II <br />Mine Shop Well completed in the Trout Creek Sandstone. <br />Note that the above-described affidavits pertain to properties which are all <br />contiguous to the land upon which the well will be drilled. <br />The geophysical and lithologic logs for the Seneca II Mine Shop Well have <br />been included to aid your staff in estimating the saturated thickness of the <br />Trout Creek Sandstone. The well penetrates the Trout Creek Sandstone <br />approximtely 150 feet. <br />
