The public comment period on our decision to approve your permit <br />has expired with no comments received by our office. Accordingly, our <br />decision has become final. <br />Enclosed is a Mining Permit - Coal to cover the Dorchester No. 1 Mine. Please <br />read the document including the attached stipulations. The permit needs to be <br />signed (and notarized) by yourself or another authorized company official, and <br />returned to the Division for our Director's signature. When the permit is <br />signed it will become effective. I will return a signed copy to you at that <br />time. <br />Thank you for working with us throughout the permit process.
