We would like to be sure that <br />none of the monuments are in an area to be disturbed by your <br />surface facilities. Please advise u.s. <br />We also requested a copy of ARCO's comments concerning the post- <br />mining land use. Bear is planning on reclaiming the land to a <br />wildlife and rangeland habitat. If this post-mining land use is <br />agreeable to ARCO, we are requesting that ARCO respond, in the <br />form of a letter. If this post-mining land use is not agreeable, <br />we are also requesting your comments. <br />We also need to know the completion date and filing information, <br />depth of well and water level in the new well drilled by ARCO on <br />the Bear surface. <br />We are enclosing a copy of the Bear Mine Plan Map at your request. <br />You mentioned that you will indicate any changes or errors on this <br />map and send it back to us. <br />If you need any additional <br />~~` <br />E.
