the reclamation costs presented in Table 4.6.1.A., and confirm
that Tahle 4.6.1.A. includes all surface disturbance caused by
vents, portals, roads, sedimentation ponds, and water
treatment facilities. Calculations must include such factors as
cost per hour for equipment and labor, cost of materials,
etc., and conform to the requirements of 805.11(a)(1)-(5).*

An internal review of the surface disturbance
related to mine construction and operations has
determined that 180 surface acres will be disturbed.
Table 4.6.1.A. has been revised (see Exhibit 25
to these Completeness Review Responses) to reflect
this change and to reflect changes in the revege-
tation cast estimate as shown below.
