Even if manual spillways are retained TBM must <br />supply detention time data, This is to insure that effluent limitations can <br />be met. <br />Sedimentation ponds will have to be designed under the supervision of a <br />qualified registered engineer, and the ponds must be certified by a registered <br />professional engineer when completed. We will need a certification letter <br />after each approved pond is completed. <br />/k <br />
