Snowmass must commit to seed mixes for final reclamation at this time. <br />Should circumstances warrant changing seed mixtures or techniques or rates of <br />a~~plication, the operator will need to seek Division approval as those <br />situations arise. <br />4. Snowmass needs to address proposed mulching techniques and mulching mediums <br />in their revegetation plan. <br />5. Snowmass needs to address the utilization of irrigation, or appropriate <br />nest and disease control measures in their revegetation plan. <br />6. Snowmass must address measures and methods which will be utilized to determine <br />the success of revegetation in accordance with 4.15.7. <br />7. Snowmass needs to provide a soil testing plan for evaluation of the results <br />of tosoil handling and reclamation procedures related to the standards of 4.06. <br />8. Before the Division can approve the use of any introduced plant species in <br />the seed mixes, Snowmass. must provide information (per 4.15.2) which would allow <br />the Division to make a finding that the introduced species may be substituted <br />for native plant species. Additionally, Snowmass needs .to address the topics <br />in 4.18(4)(1), with regard to the species present in the proposed seed mixes. <br />9. Snowmass is commended for their utilization of more than one seed mix, and <br />their tailoring of seed mixes to the differing communities present in their <br />permit area. <br />10. Until agreement is reached on the composition of the various seed mixes, the <br />rates of application will not be reviewed. <br />mob <br />
