Please destroy the out-of-date map you <br />now have. <br />In regard to your question on Map 2.05.3(1)-2, there is <br />one lot (NW NW of Section 13) which is included in the <br />Grand Mesa Coal Company permit boundary due to surface con- <br />siderations. The mineral under that lot is unleased Federal <br />coal, as you have noted.
