Colorado Department of Health Emission Permits C-11, 895-1 <br />through C-11, 395-22 are initial approvals. Empire Energy <br />Corporation either failed to yet final approval in six months or <br />thu final approval was not incorporated into the amended <br />application. <br />(b). Moffat County Special Use Permits do not cover all disturbed <br />lands within Che permit area. Un paye 111-20L of the <br />application it says that Empire Eneryy Corporation has obtained <br />a special use permit ror all lands to be used for ~:rining <br />activities. <br />(c). Colorado Division of Mines permit to store and use explosives is <br />dot of date. <br />
