We are now
notifying CMLR of tFiis change,
NCC intends to maintain the ditch that was recentl}• cut around the
storage pad and will install sediment control devices consisting of
2" by 4" wood frames with wire mesh and fabric tiller stretched within
the wooden frames. These frames will span the ditches of the storage
pad. These fabric frames are currently being used at NCC's WilBOn
Loadout south of Craig, Colorado and are superior to hay bales when
there is grazing occurring in the area.
The topsoil stockpile currently gets seeded every spring and fall and
will be seeded this fall after all topsoil stripping is completed for
the haul road widening.
