Upon approval of these <br />documents, the Hermit will he issued. Please check the terms of <br />the exlstin~ approved plan of operations. If your company intends <br />to alter or expanu the operation in any way, the permit will have <br />io be revised or amended. Additionally, you should he aware that <br />any new mining and reclamation plans (4 copies] subs^itted to OSM <br />In conJunction a1itP, Federal coal must he suhr.~itteJ tc this office <br />as well.
