Box 68
Craig, Colorado 81625
Re: Eagle No. 9 Permit Revision
Findings of Fact and Board Decision
Dear Mr. Mills:
Enclosed is the permit for the Eagle No. 5 and 9 Mines. The permit issued
last October has been revised to include the Eagle No. 9 Mine permit
revision. Please sign the permit and return a signed and notarized copy to
the Division.
The Boards findings of fact and decision are also enclosed. As a result of
the Board hearing on May 24, 1984, one additional stipulation is attached to
the permit. Generally the stipulation restricts mining in those areas where
the leases are being contested until the Board makes a decision on the right
of entry. The matter will be discussed at the July Board meeting.
Please contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Sandra L.
