Although the reclaimed <br />topography is slightly higher than the approved topography, we believe that <br />the reclaimed configuration is acceptable. This judgment is substantiated by <br />recent field observations, <br />Please be aware that if erosional problems develop, then mitigation measures <br />will be required.
