These maps were No. d for the Soils <br />and No. 5 for the Vegetation. Under the six (6) pages of text <br />previously submitted relating to 2.64.9 pages 1 and 6 shouid be <br />replaced with the two pages enclosed. Under 2.04.iD both pages <br />shouid be replaced with enclosed sheets. The change in the <br />soils name fro^ 'Basalt Breaics° to `Cobbiy Foothills' has been <br />made in the 2.04.9 text, and the information relating to it has <br />been incorporated in a new exhibit, Exhibit ii (g). <br />In your letter of Fiarch 6, 1990 under Ruie 2.05.3(6)(a) the <br />answer to question one was was submitted previously in Exhibit L <br />which was a three page entry. On pages two and three arrows <br />have ben placed on the drill patterns to show direction of <br />travel for the explosive mass, so with this letter Exhibit L is <br />being resubmitted. The other should be discarded. Under <br />question two the record for recording blast shots was previously <br />submitted under Exhibit Fi. alnother copy is enclosed. Under <br />question ti-ree the entire Rule has been revised and resubmitted, <br />and the answer to this question lies therein. The explosive <br />storage facilities are shown on Exhibit KK. <br />Changes are being made in the table of contents with the <br />additions being made and this will be submitted prior to final <br />approval of the permit. <br />Under 3.06 the applicant accepts a bond rate of 153,000.00, <br />and a paragraph relating to this is inserted in 3.G2.1(Sj(b) <br />followed by your calculations for the bond shown in Exhibit SS, <br />Under 2.05.4(2)(d) ti-e applicant has already commited to <br />additional soil testing as shown on page one, second paragraph, <br />of this section submitted with my letter dated January30. <br />
