This also includes
the fact that no aquifer exists above the coal seam to be mined.
2.06.6
1. The description of the groundwater regime has been upgraded
according to agreement between SEI, Hittman, OSM and CMLR.
2. A preliminary AVF identification has been provided in a
newly designated subsection (4.1.2.6). All requested informa-
tion has therein been provided.
3. The results of the AVF study and the location of data
collection locations and monitoring sites is now provided in
Figure 4.1-2 through 4.1-6.
Information is provided to the extent necessary to assess the
impacts of proposed surface coal mining operations per 34-33-120(2)(j).
2.10
New maps have been provided with appropriate certifications.
2.10.3(1)(j)
The slope map has been resubmitted showing more topographic
detail. Per discussions at the OSM, CP9LR, SEI meeting, it was
agreed that this map should suffice due to the insignificant
disturbance associated with the underground operation.
